1. Who we are

This website is operated by Vintage Art LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in Missouri, United States, with its registered address at 8301 State Line Rd, Ste 220, Kansas City, Missouri 64114, United States. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Contact and business details you submit through our inquiry form or by email: name, company name, business email, phone number, product requirements and any message you send.
• Order and billing information when you become a customer: billing and shipping addresses, invoices, payment references and order history. We do not store full bank account or card numbers on this website.
• Technical information collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected through standard server logs.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and prepare quotations.
• To process, invoice, ship and support orders.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations, including requirements of our banking partners.
• To maintain the security and performance of this website.
• To send business communications about products and services you have asked about. You can opt out at any time.

4. Legal basis

We process information to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before a contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business. Because most of our customers are in the United Kingdom, we apply the standards of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 to the personal data of UK contacts.

5. Sharing of information

We share information only where necessary with:

• shipping carriers and freight forwarders, to deliver your order;
• manufacturers and suppliers, limited to what is needed to fulfil your order;
• banks, payment providers and accounting or legal advisers;
• website hosting and email service providers who process data on our behalf; and
• public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and consent requested where required.

7. Data retention

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for at least 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements.

8. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Business records are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights contact us at admin@vintage-art.online. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what information we collect and the right to request deletion.

10. International transfers

Because we work with suppliers and carriers outside the United States, limited order-related information may be transferred internationally. We share only what is needed to fulfil your order.

11. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
